How do I order?

  • Orders can be placed online 24 hours 7 days a week (deliveries are not available Sundays or Public Holidays, Saturday deliveries are after 2pm only)

Can I design my own bouquet? 

Yes! We would love to hear from you to arrange a unique bouquet or arrangement tailored to your needs. Please contact us directly on 07 3886 5288 to discuss the possibilities!

Do I have to buy online? 

No, the online shop is simply to make it easier for people who prefer to buy that way. Feel free to phone us or pop in, we would like to talk to you too, in fact we like talking directly to you even better!

What payment methods do you accept?

All website orders have the option to use Paypal, Direct Deposit, Pay on Pick up or Fax Order Form (credit card required). Paypal is Easy, Secure and Fast to set up if you do not have an account already. Alternatively, you can call us direct with your credit card details on +61 07 3886 5288.

Can you deliver today?

If you require a Same Day Flower Delivery service, please ensure your order is placed before 1:00pm. If it is past our order cut-off time we advise phoning us on +61 07 3886 5288, to see if we can still provide delivery for you (specific item requests may need to be compromised to enable same day service).

Can I specify a time for delivery?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery for website orders, we have two (2)  delivery runs daily*, the AM run is between 10:00-12:00am and the PM run is between 2:00 - 5:00pm. Please phone us directly on +61 07 3886 5288 to request specific timed deliveries.

You may request an AM or PM delivery in the comments section*, with minimum 24hrs notice. Orders received same day will be delivered as soon as possible.

All deliveries to local schools will be completed by 3:00pm.

All deliveries to local businesses will be completed by 5:00pm.

*Excluding Peak Days such as Valentine's Day & Mother's Day.

What if no one is home when the delivery is made? 

If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, the gift will be left in the most discreet position available and a calling card left in the letterbox advising the recipient of placement, as the delivery fee you pay is for a single, one-off delivery only. If a second delivery attempt is necessary for reasons out of our control, you will be contacted to arrange payment of any additional delivery charges before we attempt to re-deliver or re-direct the flowers. 

Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery information and let us know of any possible problems that might occur during delivery as Flowerfusion will not be responsible for non delivery due to the following reasons: Incorrect address provided; Access Issues at place of delivery, such as security/locked gates; There is nowhere safe to leave flowers unattended; or Dogs on premises preventing access.
Do you confirm delivery?
We do not automatically provide a follow-up confirmation of delivery or photograph to the sender. If you require a photograph or confirmation of receipt of delivery, please contact us directly on 07 3886 5288, prior to delivery, as a $4.00 surcharge is applicable. Delivery Confirmations and pictures are sent by text message or email only. We do not offer this service on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Christmas Eve.
How long should my flowers last?
This is difficult to say as all blooms have varying vase life. Flowers do need love & care, they need professional florists to apply their specialised care and knowledge and most of all they need a good home.  At Flowerfusion we can guarantee the longevity of our flowers as this is our sole purpose to exist! 

Many people think "flowers are a waste of money, because they don’t last"!  Well it is time to dispell this myth... Unfortunately anyone is allowed to sell flowers from a road side stall, who expose flowers all day to harsh sunlight, and then the Supermarket chains who let their flowers sit in the same old water for days. The way these flowers are treated before you get them will determine how long or little they last. We purchase the best quality blooms daily from Local and Interstate growers and flower markets, on arrival to our shop, every bloom is carefully conditioned to its specific requirements and when creating all of our designs every flower is inspected for imperfections by a professional florist. 

Upon arrival your flowers have a ‘How-To-Care’ card, a sachet of flower food and our contact details just in case the recipient wants to contact us for further advice (or just ring to say thank you for the beautiful flowers)!

If by some rare circumstance you or the recipient are not entirely happy with your delivery, please call us directly on 07 3886 5288. Our professional staff will offer a solution as we do not believe in unhappy customers!  We would like every customer to tell us that they love our flowers and will use us again and again.....

Like all supply issues in any business, we do require the item be returned to us for assessment of the problem. If interstate or overseas, photographs are required within 72 hours of delivery.

Damaged Gifts, if you come across a damaged gift item ie. jar, vase, bottle etc and believe we are at fault, again please contact us within 24 hours to ensure a replacement item is re-delivered asap.

Can I change my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been delivered! Give us a call as soon as possible to make new arrangements.

Can I cancel my web order?

Yes. We understand that sometimes these things happen so we are happy to cancel your order (as long as it hasn't been delivered). Contact us as soon as possible to organise. A $2.50 admin fee will be charged.

How do I book my wedding flowers with Flowerfusion?

If you would like to arrange your wedding flowers with Flowerfusion, we advise calling or emailing us to check date availability and book in an obligation free consultation. 

As it is difficult to provide a complete quote without first understanding your full requirements, we have created a Wedding Consultation area, where you can meet with our Wedding Specialist, enjoy refreshments and emerse yourself in the inspiring colours and fragrances of nature, as we create your dream Bridal bouquet. 

Once your requirements are quoted you then need to arrange a 10% deposit of your total to be paid either by electronic transfer, credit card payment or cash in store.

Why does my wedding bouquet cost more than a bunch of flowers?

There are many factors that comprise the cost of wedding bouquets.  Firstly the flowers we purchase for weddings are premium quality and therefore charged to us at a peak price. What this means is growers and wholesalers give us the best quality and priority pick for wedding orders and whatever is remaining is available for our retail shop.  Secondly is labour, our professionally trained staff ensure that all wedding flowers leave the store looking perfect, correctly assembled and packaged appropriately. Different to a shop bunch which may take 10 minutes to put together, a professional florist will take 1-3 hours constructing a bridal bouquet to ensure it lasts and stays together on the day.

Do you deliver my wedding flowers to me on the day?

Yes, our Wedding Specialist Annette, can deliver your bouquets to you. She will ensure that the flowers are transported well, present your flowers to you, and provide pinning assistance with corsages & buttonholes.

Do you do wedding flowers for Sunday weddings, mid week weddings or Public Holidays?

We can do wedding flowers on Sunday’s and Mid Week, however ,we do not accept wedding orders during peak times such as Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day and Christmas/New Year.
