Deliveries within Brisbane Area
Same day delivery to the North Brisbane Area is available, if order is received by 2pm (AEST) Monday to Friday (excluding peak floral periods and *Public Holidays). Or before 12am on Saturdays.
Orders received after these times may be delivered the following day.
Requests for specific delivery times will be taken but incur a priority fee of $5, unfortunately we are not able to guarantee all times to all areas. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require urgent or delivery within a specific time frame as these requests do incur additional delivery charges and are not always possible.
During peak floral periods such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas and Easter all orders should be placed at least three days in advance to ensure timely delivery. Otherwise delivery times on the required day cannot be guaranteed.
*Public Holidays Excluded: Australia Day, Anzac Day, Labor Day, Queen's Birthday, Exhibition Holiday (Moreton District), New Years Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Good Friday through to Easter Monday.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, the gift will be left in the most discreet position available and a calling card left in the letterbox advising the recipient of placement, as the delivery fee you pay is for a single, one-off delivery only. If a second delivery attempt is necessary for reasons out of our control, you will be contacted to arrange payment of any additional delivery charges before we attempt to re-deliver or re-direct the flowers.
Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery information and let us know of any possible problems that might occur during delivery as Flowerfusion will not be responsible for non delivery due to the following reasons: Incorrect address provided; Access Issues at place of delivery, such as security/locked gates; There is nowhere safe to leave flowers unattended; or Dogs on premises preventing access.
Deliveries Outside of North Brisbane
All deliveries outside of the North Brisbane area are processed via our Florist Network Relay Company. This means that we cannot guarantee that the packaging or design will be as per that displayed on our Flowerfusion internet site. However, the same degree of quality and value is expected. Please phone us to place an order for delivery outside of North Brisbane.
