ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.     All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars.

2.     The product price does not include the standard delivery fee of $10.00 inc. GST.

3.     Prices include all local taxes where applicable.

4.     All designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.

5.     If a gift product is unavailable you will be contacted by a Flowerfusion representative.

6.     Flowerfusion has the right to change pricing at anytime without notification.

7.     When an order is placed on the Flowerfusion / North Lakes Florist websites you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and delivery policy.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

8.     If you require a Same Day Delivery service past our order cut-off time of 1:00pm, we may be able to provide a priority delivery ($5.00 additional charge), otherwise the order will be delivered on the AM run the next day.

9.    We do offer a delivery service to areas outside of the Moreton Bay Region for an additional delivery fee of $10.00, we cannot guarantee a same day delivery to these areas. If you place an online order for delivery to a suburb outside our delivery area, a Flowerfusion representative will phone you to confirm the delivery date and the amended order total including the delivery surcharge of $10.00 (online orders will only apply the Moreton Bay Region Delivery charge of $10.00). For a list of our Moreton Bay Region Delivery Areas please click to view.

10.     We do not guarantee times for deliveries, except funerals. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery see our Delivery Run times here. If you require a specific delivery time, we may be able to organise this with a priority delivery charge of $5.00, please contact us directly on +61 07 3886 5288 to organise this.

11.     We generally do not provide photographs or a follow-up confirmation of delivery to the customer. If you require a photograph &/or confirmation of receipt of delivery, a $4.00 surcharge is applied. Pictures and Confirmations are sent by text message or email only. We do not offer this service on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Christmas Eve.

12.     If the recipient is not home to accept the delivery our driver may choose to leave the gift delivery with a neighbour, staff member or manager; Alternatively, if no one is able to accept the goods, we will leave the gift delivery in an area on the premises that we deem to be secure. Where this occurs they will place a note in the recipient’s letterbox as to where the flowers have been left. If we are unable to leave the goods at the premises, a note will be left in the recipient’s letterbox asking the recipient to call us to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery or collection.    

13.     If a re-delivery is required a second delivery fee will be required by the Sender or Recipient, depending on who requests the re-delivery. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the gift delivery to their workplace.

14.     Incomplete, incorrect addresses or phone numbers do delay our delivery schedule and drivers. If our delivery driver is inconvenienced or delayed due to incorrect delivery information being supplied by you, you may be contacted for additional compensation for time, phone calls, re-deliveries, change of address. We recommend supplying as much delivery information as possible, including the Recipient’s Full Name, Business Name, Unit Names & Number, Full Street Addresses, Home, Business and Mobile Phone numbers for the Recipient. We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It's the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this may be at an additional cost.

15. Flowerfusion will not be responsible for non delivery due to the following reasons: Incorrect address provided; Access Issues at place of delivery, such as security/locked gates; There is nowhere safe to leave flowers unattended; or Dogs on premises preventing access.
 
16. Order Cancellation: We understand that sometimes these things happen so we are happy to cancel your order (as long as it hasn't been delivered). Contact us as soon as possible to organise. A $2.50 admin fee will be charged.
 
FLOWER QUALITY GUARANTEE

We guarantee the freshness, flower quality and value of every order. Once we dispatch our flowers a number of changes in condition may result in their longevity being reduced. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may have an adverse effect on the flowers. For this reason, and considering all the possible variables, it is difficult for Flowerfusion to guarantee the flower life in every case. We are aware there are cases when Mother Nature may produce blooms that don’t exactly have the staying power we expect. In these rare instances, we ask customers to contact us within 48 hours of delivery to assess the situation.

 


Flowerfusion can NOT guarantee the exact colour or variations of ANY flower, plant or product used in the arrangements. All natural products are subject to differences, environmental impacts and no two products will be the same.


If you do not agree or are unable to agree with ANY of the above terms and conditions then you must not place an order or enquire directly with our staff on 3886 5288. All discrepancies will be referenced back to the above terms on all orders, quotes, emails or any forms of communication with Flowerfusion - Flowers & Gifts.

Routine Information Collection
All web servers track basic information about their visitors. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages. None of this information can personally identify specific visitors to this site. The information is tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes.

Where necessary, flowerfusion.com.au uses cookies to store information about a visitor's preferences and history in order to better serve the visitor and/or present the visitor with customized content.
